Designed initially because Exeron wanted the T-90 but Russia denied the request, the Exeronian Field Marshall Nikolai Vladovic first requested Prigozhnyya, but that got passed on to Umbra. Umbra however procrastinated the hell out of it and by the time it was produced, Exeron had no intention of adopting it. However, Exeron did order 3 Nosewises, which were used for testing and eventually they were equipped with the HQ119 turret in 2001. Thse Nosewises marked the beginning of the HQ3C series of SPAA, which the ESGDF purchased the hell out of.
