The same as the other but just horizontal spinning and with a base thing.
Instructions:
1. Get a ground vehicle
2. Drive to something metal ie. Bridge (the one at bandit recommended)
3. Make a spawn there
4. Spawn there with this thing
(For people that got stuck in the ground activate the mechanism then when it gets out activate 1)
5. Activate 1
6. Turn VTOL up
