Developed as an alternative to the T55X seiries, the T542 is the pinnacle of manned fighter aircraft. The T541 is the drone version, but not much is known either. Amateur footage has shown prototype VTOL jet aircraft departing and arriving from Area 51 and Edwards AFB, leading to the suspicion that the T541-V/2-V are VTOL aircraft as well.
