Short Scylla

This cheerful little character is the Short Scylla first flown in the 30s. Only 2 were built and it was designed to fly between London and Paris. I have painted it in imperial colours, as the last time it was a little on the dark side..... For such a cool customer take off is a rather tranquil 90mph and it will cruise at around 180. Flight is quite stable with a little trim and when you want passengers to start seeing what they ate for breakfast it will turn quickly as well. Tail dragger warning - easy on those brakes Biggles!

Thanks @ChiChiWerx, yeah I do like those pioneering aircraft from that era with all their ungainly looks!
Very elegant, despite its seeming ungainliness...
