T-55 is a medium tank developed in the Soviet Union. It is also classified as the main battle tank of the first generation after the war. It is said to be the tank with the largest number of vehicles in history, and the number is said to exceed 100,000, including the T-54, which has almost the same shape. It appeared in 1958 and was produced until the late 1970s. Many were donated and exported to other countries during the Cold War, and are still used in many countries.
