The G1E MACV(Multirole Armed Cargo Vehicle), or Buffalo, is a medium sized, armed transport vehicle. Built around the G1 Frame, the G1E has a smaller cargo bed due to the added turret. It houses a single 100mm cannon that fires explosive shells. The G1E’s main role is to escort unarmed G1 variants through the harsh environments of the Corrosive Lands and its hostile creatures while still having space for cargo. Other variants were built upon the G1E, like the G1E2 which replaces the 100mm cannon for twin 50mm autocannons. It is crewed by two, a driver and a gunner, though the cabin has space for two more passengers.

The vehicle is not built for combat against other armed vehicles, as the fuel tank, engine, and wheels are relatively unarmored.
