tap detach group 1 to detach the fuel tank. Tap detach group 2 to detach the cockpit away from the rocket. Wait for the rocket to keep not to wave then pull the throttle on 100% then you can reach a high altidude and enjoy the scenary. You can also detach the cockpit at the bottom of the rocket and then land on the ground...... Have fun!(???)
