Yaw controls both the knight and the horse. 1 contracts the knight's forearms; 2 activates horse: throttle to walk and VTOL to gallop (before galloping, down the trim to a bit less than half of the first gap and never use throttle and VTOL at same time). 3 detach and activate knight: throttle to walk and yaw for turn.
