The F-109B Dreamcatcher is an American Jet design created in the early 1970s. The USAF wanted to have an Interceptor that could catch up with upcoming supersonic nuclear bomber designs from the USSR and take it down at a distance far from the bomber's nuclear payload. F-109B is a variant that carries 2x AIM-20B AAMs 2x AIM-31A AAMs and 2x AIM-XA AAMs. Only 4000 of these jets were produced before being replaced with a "transonic jet design".
