A heavy fighter in service in World War II, commissioned in 1938, it had the advantages of fast flight speed, high maneuverability and stability, but because the flight speed of the AF-38 was difficult to compete with the advanced fighters of the same era, it began to be withdrawn at the end of 1943 and was completely retired in 1946.
