Flying Dragon

73.9k WahrscheinlichIch  8.8 years ago

This more or less flying dragon is my attempt on making a walker, that can also fly. AG1 is "Ground mode", pitch to walk, yaw to look left and right. AG2 is to open the mouth (VTOL down). AG3 shoots an inferno out of the mouth. AG4 unfolds the wings (VTOL up). To fly, unfold the wings, de-activate 4 and restet the VTOL slider. then throttle up to 100% and very carefully control yourself in the air with normal airplane controls. it takes a few attempts to get used to, but it is possible to control this in the air. I recommend to use a controller, rather than the keyboard, because you can use roll and yaw without switching keys.

@Flash0of0green it is not that complicated to fly, just very hard to keep under control ;)

It's so cute unfortunately it seems it might be a little too complicated for me to fly.
