Named after the legendary bird that spends its life on the wing (probably the albatross as described to a people that had never seen one), the CA6A Kiptis is a long-range reconnaissance and ASW aircraft. Technically this model has 18 engines though they work as six counter-rotating turboprops. (and the XF-84H was the only turboprop with an afterburner? Hah!)
