Parasite fighter
Ag 1 = activate engine, detach. That simple. Parasite fighters were used in WWII as a way for a bomber to carry its own little fighter ‘escort’ allowing traditional fighter planes to focus less on gaurding a flight of bombers they would escort and more on taking down hostile aircraft. The pilots of the parasites would be cramped up in the cockpit of their craft on a a specially designed hardpoint on a bombers wing. If engaged by enemy aircraft, the pilots could disengage from the mothership and begin to dogfight with the enemy, keeping them occupied while the motherships escaped or contined the mission. Depending on the aircraft, up to 6 hardpoints could be added to the wings, allowing for diverse loadouts of each plane, to tackle whatever threat they may encounter
