Farthing Engines type 200, trim A1, Model 1 subsonic jet fighter
Version two of a plane I've already made, this is FE's first manufactured jet plane. I'm much happier with the turnout of this one, too.
FE-200 jet interceptor. Introduced late in the war, it was a force to be reckoned with. Achieving high speeds, it used Boom n' Zoom tactics to take down slower propeller fighters. Very expensive, it was difficult to produce in large numbers. The wings could be separated into an inner and outer half, to allow the jets to be replaced, as the low-quality devices lasted 3 days at most.
