The Su-34M is an advanced, modernized version of the Russian Su-34, a twin-engine, all-weather supersonic medium-range fighter-bomber. Originally introduced to carry out both strike and reconnaissance missions, the Su-34 has undergone upgrades to improve its capabilities in precision targeting, navigation, and electronic warfare.
