The Pike Racyr is a custom twin-engine jet built using an elongated structure-coated wing, making it very stable at high speeds. The engines take while to spool down from 100% so plan you landing well ahead of time and make your touchdown at 200mph using air brakes. It has a very limited amount of fuel, you are welcome to modify it with more go juice. It will land on water and float, but taking off from the water is very tricky.
