hi! decided to post again after a long time, this is the SC-23 skyview, a civilian and military aircraft developed by SCA, as a high performance single engine turboprop with 3 propellers to be used as a high speed economical personal transport solution. it is also used in operational theatres by several nations as a swift and manoeuvrable spotting aircraft, thanks to its high visibility cockpit. this is of course a fictional plane, heavily based on SP's bush plane, top speed is around 490Kmh.
