The "M2A2" variant of the Lancer is designed primarily for ground attack and surface strike missions. The "M2A2" is equipped with an advanced target designator to allow the use of the ACV-9000 Anti-fleet cruise missile. The "M2A2" variant is also equipped with upgraded engines to increase the aircrafts top speed. In addition to the new engines, it also is equipped with upgraded guns. This Lancer variant is equipped with the EMG-14 energy actuated machine guns. These guns provide high damage to vehicles with a high rate of fire.

Tip: You can use the "Target Designator" in the weapons tab to increase the targeting angle of the ACV-8D semi-active missile if you encounter a more agile opponent.
