The CivLev Ultra is the continuation of a previous project, the Hoverblade C. It is designed for civilian use, and is the safest hovercraft on the market. It is hard to fatally damage the craft at speeds under 50 miles per hour. This particular model comes with a parking brake, headlights, a night vision cockpit, the ability to act like a boat, and a flipover system.
