It's very unstable, if you pull up with TVC on then you will spin out of control.

The TVC part is activated only by AG1. Then TVC gets available.
@HudDistance well in that case, I am no good with TVC
@overlord5453 the canards and engines are used for pitch, I wanted to make the aircraft only controllable via TVC (like the X44 MANTA) but that failed, but the canards act as the stablizers and the vertical stabilizer is shrunk and hidden inside the craft.
