Ilyushin IL-141

It uses the same propeller configuration as the Tu-95, thus giving it more noise and loudness
The aircraft can hold a Solid amount of Chaff(radar Countermeasures) And flares(infrared Countermeasures) givings it Self defense capability against surprise attacks
it is also very similar to C-130
