Right, can you try and take away some weight and just try to achieve level flight at a lower power. If you can not complete request number 2, try just try to take away weight and achieve level flight.@SuperPatriot76
The most fatal design flaw is to overshoot the runway in takeoffs/landings (even at the longest runway). Its own inertia works against it. It is slow to speed up, and the brakes are nearly useless after touchdown. At take off, I use 100% throttle and pull all the way up. I still overshoot the runway.
