The P-51C-11-NT (Syria) was a Syrian modification of the P-51Cs that were supplied by China from captured P-51 stockpiles, Syria knew that the aircraft that they were supplied with was too obsolete for a Cold War requirements, so Syria, with the help of USSR, began to modify them by replacing the M2 Brownings with K-13 Missiles, they also equipped them with RWR, Radar, and a Schräge Musik cannons, the modernized P-51s performed very well in one of the Arab Israeli wars.
