AeroSport Hammerhead

Auto Credit Based on AeroSportIndustries's AeroSport Hammerhead

The last project I started, the foundation of it is there, but it needs a lot of work still yet. I lost interest in SP about 8 months ago and this build was abandoned with it, however, I think Im going to finish it. It is currently functional however lacking a lot of detail and is a little rough around the edges.

The finished build will include:
-Detailed cockpit
-Realistic flight model and simulated supercharged engines (thanks to my friend Karol)
-my first serious custom landing gear
-Functioning (and maybe auto aiming?) turret

About the Aircraft:
The Hammerhead was designed as a land based maritime patrol aircraft serving mainly to hunt enemy submarines and shipping in World War 2. It was equipped with 5 37mm cannons and a 152mm howitzer with a 7 round autoloader which proved exceptionally devastating to lightly armored targets on land and in the sea alike. It also has a very spacious bomb bay and a payload capacity of nearly 5,000 pounds. Its heavy hitting loadout and long range made it exceptional as an antishipping and ground strike aircraft, however, its somewhat sluggish speed and lack of manueverability made it vulnerable to enemy fighters. Because of this, while ground strike variants were built and used, it primarily remained in the maritime strike/recon role.
