Q-18B2 Avenger
Made for the War Challenge United.
The Q-18B2 Avenger is a subsonic attacker developed to meet the CSDF required specifications for a new close air support aircraft. It is designed to be tough and sturdy, capable to be equipped with diverse and heavy payload options. With a max speed of ~900 km/h, the Avenger is also maneuverable enough to be an effective dogfighter at low speed.
Key characteristics:
1. Sturdy airframe resulting in higher survivability.
2. Twin-engine turbofan which gives good acceleration and impressive top speed.
3. 11 total hardpoints (1 exclusively for drop tanks) which allow the installation of the heaviest of payload.
4. Powerful radar to guide air-to-ground missiles.
5. Impressive range.
6. Several redundancy system to ensure pilot's safety to the highest.
7. Fly-by-wire system allows better control over the aircraft.
8. STOL capability, which means ABS-72 certified.
