History: In the summer of 1945, Germany finally began to turn the tide of war in their favor. As the war was prolonged and technology got better, the Germans realized that they needed a new tank to combat the Allied vehicles. Using the E-100 super-heavy tank as a base, the E-110 was born, and entered service in December of 1945. Three days after introduction, Adolf Hitler died of a heart attack, and so the crew of the first operational E-110 named their tank after their beloved leader. Said crew, and other like them, would go on to win the war for Germany. Overall, between 1945 and 1951, the E-110 series scored a total of 671 confirmed Allied tank kills, and fifteen confirmed aircraft kills (due to the machine guns on the turret). The E-110 was eventually replaced by the E-120 and E-130 tanks.

Yup @SlowJet
You should be fine, @SlowJet. And this is DEFINITELY fictional
I didn't know that one existed! I guess there are similarities, I just chose 1951 because it's sounded right. @PhantomBladeCorp
A duel between this and the E-50B would be interesting, as it seems both entered service around 1945.
Also, is the story somewhat inspired by the WWII RP that was shut down almost a year ago? That war ended in 1951/1952 too.
