A tribute to Hypnotoad by combining the style of hypnoplanes and Fighter Union planes.

Lore: when one of their experimental jets failed, their top engineers couldn't understand the problem. Back at the drawing board, they understood why. There wasn't enough wing area! Despite that knowledge, the engineets couldnt figure a way to attach enough wings. That is when a single man solved the problem. They taught the Fighter Union levitation systems and ways to increase wing surface area.
This mysterious man was never to be seen again...
