The future of personal sport flying is here. The Humming Bird is a light two seat sports aircraft designed around six swivelling prop motors. It was designed for point to point commuting. Equally capable off from land or sea, the aircaft can take off vertically, then transistion into forward flight. It can cruise over 440 mph, before transistioning back into vertical flight for landing. As a side note, the props can actually swivel up and down which allowed the show pilots to show off in air shows by hovering upside down. VTOL control swivels the props. As a side note, I would be interested to see if anyone can improve this even further.
