F-14D(R) Super Tomcat (final) going for 325 points
Check out suzutuki65 he made the original. In the late 1960’s the US Air Force and Navy where looking for a new fighter to replace the F-4e Phantom II. To save taxpayers money they made it so both used by the US Air Force and Navy to use same platform. The TFX became the F-111 Ardvark. But it was outright rejected by the Navy them self’s. So Grumman started developing a fighter for the Navy without been asked. The Navy saw it and said continue but it has to fit perimeters. Then the Navy held the VFX program and Grumman won and the Tomcat was born. My final modifications are better engine detail more dry thrust (without afterburners) and catapult connection has more details.
