Watson Curlew
The fictional Watson Curlew is designed as the fictional firm Watson Aviation's answer to the De Havilland Mosquito. The Curlew was designed for use by the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm as a torpedo bomber, diver bomber, reconnaissance, medium bomber and night fighter. A multi roll aircraft capable of almost any mission required of it. Fitted with two Rolls Royce Merlin engines, the speed of the Curlew is exceptional for that of such a versitile gun platform. The armament consists of 4 Hispano cannons based in the nose, two browning machine guns on the sides of the fusalage and 2 more browning machine guns in the rear turret. The armament is operated using the VTOL and TRIM sliders. Be aware that operating the trim will cause the aircraft to change pitch and it is recomended that this is avoided in order to acheive stable flight.
