IAR-80

Auto Credit Based on Halfstrike's WWII challenge. (Halfstrike)

The IAR-80 was a small, single engine low-wing fighter produced for the Romanian air forces in WW2. IAR was the name of the company that produced it, which is Industria Aeronautica Romania or somerhing like that, transtes to the Romanian Aviation Industry. Funnily enough, iar sounds prety much the same to the Romanian word for air... I think it is the same. Anyways, this is my masterpiece... It's fast, manuverable, and packs a punch. Its top speed is around 390 mph, or 620-ish kph. Proper description in progress. Camera 1 for cockpit view.

@Halfstrike oh, very well. Mind if I create a more maneuverable version and let you test that?

I mean it wasn't as agile as mine because mine is unrealistically agile for the spitfire whereas yours is more accurate in terms of ability to the original plane@Static

@Halfstrike I'm not certain what you mean by "to accurate at dogfighting"... Do you mean it's too good? If so, thanks, but why does that mean it's disqualified? What's the point of running a contest to see who can beat your plane, if you disqualify a plane that, from your description, is just flat out better? Idk... Your competition, do what you want.

It's a really nice design however it is to accurate at dogfighting for the era it's ment to be so it did loose the dogfight... My advice is enter it in a load of ww2 challenges that do take looks into consideration
