The FUGAKU Kusogaki EMS is modified from the regular FUGAKU Kusogaki. A medically-equipped vehicle used to transport patients to treatment facilities, such as hospitals, also provides emergency medical services. It was modified by the NovaSpire Automobile Industries. Currently in use by the Pearlian Paramedics Team.
