Part-Efficient Aircrafts~!!
slow? check. low stall/takeoff speed? check. rugged landing gear for unpaved runways..? CHECK AITE.
shooting medics/medical personnel is a warcrime..? indeed, but it's the Japanese we're talking about, why not... uno reverse em?
(I know that's an unsavoury one, but fwk that, they've been unsavoury anyway in Indonesian history so might as well clap back mthrfkr, HAH-)
The Tachikawa KKY, full name Tachikawa Army Small and Light Ambulance Aircraft was designed to rescue injured or sick patients from places without established airfields. Following two earlier prototypes, 21 production examples were built between 1936 and 1940 and served in the Second Sino-Japanese War.
[ Controls ]
- Standard Aircraft Controls
[ Guidelines ]
[ Taxiing ]
- 20% power, yaw to turn tailskid(per technically, someone would y'know, lift and pivot it or so but it's SP were talking about ere.)
[ Takeoff ]
- Throttle 100%, let it gain speed.. pull up once you've reached 80km/h+ or when the tail is lifted.
[ Flight ]
- Standard Controls, kinda "heavy" in a sense of it moving very slow and only capable of like, making sub-sahara(idk what that is, it sounds funny as it came into my mind) angle of turning without losing altitude, you can turn tighter like a fighter(not really, but y'know), you just need to ignore the patient's plea and your altitude.
[ Landing ]
- 70-80% on approach, 40% during landing phase, and of course, brake responsibly; descend slowly, it has a hard gear(no suspension).
[ Armament ]
- N/A
- injured patients.
[ Notes ]
- on second thought, 2x right 2x left sounds more better, HUZZAH!
Free to use!
if ya want to make an airbase, or maybe make an airwing for a carrier, or maybe to help battleships lead their shells, you can add and use any of my planes (unless you claim them as your own creation, i will damp your pillows if you do.)
Want More Part-Efficient Aircrafts?
come along come along! we(yes, we.) have a lot of low part, simple, and realistic performing aircrafts for all to use and fight against! light performance cost and AI-spawnable, there's no reason not to! we have the little beloved Fuchs, the graceful Muromets, and... a lot of obscure aircrafts... ANYWAY COME JOIN US!!
P.S. if you want to throw in an idea, maybe a plane, a ship, anything really(I even got an interdimensional interplanetary vacuum cleaner).. go do it, I'll pick it up if i find the idea interesting enough.

T-14?! Never thought I would see that, but I will happily take it
@C47skytrain the trawler will soon materialize, well, hopefully, since I'm getting back to building ships, working on a Type T-14, should be up later probably
@dabestsock that was a while ago, the death trawler and the AN-2 is dead
@C47skytrain I hope so they do
@C47skytrain yes I guess? I'll see whatacando
@Monarchii the plane or the trawler? I'll shut up when I get my beautiful death trawler :)
@CaptainSquadronLeaderX I wonder-
@C47skytrain mm.. I'll consider it on my list
@Majakalona it's the Japanese we're talking about here, since when are they ethical? :P
@Apollo018362 it is isn't it?
Thank you for the new target practice aircraft! That’s what the cross if for… right?
When you done with the death trawler, can you make a AN-2? You don't have to, all I truly want is my mg42 german trawler, thanks :)
"[ Armament ]
N/A
injured patients."
so we just launch corpses? doesn't seem too ethical
Basically just a Pilatus PC-6 as a bi-plane
somehow cute
