A useful, easy to fly, and very maneuverable drone, the Metalphon is a must-have for all prospective flyers. The Metalphon is super lightweight and has very nice wing loading, but fuel capacity is small at best, and downright horrible at worst. Thus, it is really only useful for short-ranged operations. The lift-off speed (with only 20 gal of fuel, as opposed to 76) is approximately 160 mph, if the wheels are jettisoned. The Metalphon is also pretty stylish, so that's a plus. ~ Use [1] to jettison landing gear.
