The ATLION-SB-1 or Ellie is a Sea-Plane/Torpedo-Bomber built during the late 1920s and early 1930s as a replacement for other torpedo bombers. It was equipped with 10x250lb torpedos and 2x500lb dumb bombs which alltogether totals up to 2500lbs of explosives which is alot for the time. Due to one engine being on-top of the wing that engine was angled upwards to accomedate to the downwards pitching of the engine. The plane was equiped with two gunners which were highly efective at close range.
