Disclaimers
This is an Excelsior II chassis, not a MCCVH chassis, they may seem the same, but there are differences.

History
Why is it always this guy nowa days?
The M9 Grant.... Yippee........ Anyway, the M9 was a light tank older than the MDA
The M9 hasn't and never will see combat unless someone turns it into an APC or a mortar tank. Although it may seem like a good tank, it has many flaws. Also, funny American Crusader MK3 light tank ripoff go brrrrrrrrrrrr.
Stupid Howitzer
Next is the M73 Kicker.... Yay.
The M73 was designed by Australia as a replacement to the M44, and could be used as an urban demolition tank. The M73 only saw use in the first battle of bandit in the STL war. The M73 was replaced in MDA service by the MDA-S Romanic and is only used as a salutation tank.
Guinea is mentioned?
Next is the Decimador MK1, a Guinean mortar tank built to destroy bunkers in the Congo during the Guinea-Congo war.
The Decimador was from the need of a tank that has a 360° turret to fit a mortar or howitzer on it. This is why the Guineans took their Batallador MK1s and outfitted them with Mortars. And this is also why they refused to buy the M74 Kicker.
.
Now
The next tank is the MDA-S Excelsior II "MACE"
The "MACE" in Excelsior II "MACE" means "Mouse Armored Combat Engineers". The Excelsior II MACE used the same dual power pack but is fitted with a 20 round 190mm demolition cannon that launches special demolition bombs.
