AT-97 HKAI v6 type K
The AT "Air Catamarane", developed by Advanced Labaratories & Transport Research (A.L.T.R.) is, maybe, the most unusual and weather-proof aircraft of the Coalition. Fitted with anti-icing by it's perimetr, the aircraft can survive storms and fight even during snow - everything is made to withstand the fierce weather of Aleutas and Alaska, as well as the hats enviroment at Kamchatka. AT-97 HKAI-M is the remaster of the previous AT-95 and AT-88 types. This aircraft is the predcesseor for the more "catamaran-ish" AT-99 HMTV (Hydroplane Mounted Tactical Vehicle). The "K" variant is an experimental attacker modification which uses the achievements of the "M" and "N" versions. Equipped with experimental laser weapon and enlarged rocket pack, this model was superior in terms of overall offensive power compared with the previous models, but the laser weaponry appeared to be less efective then good old powder guns.
The aircraft shown was flown by Leuitenaunt Mark Volkov in the final years of the war as a part of the laser weaponry test program. He destroyed two Japanese aircraft, four tanks and numerous amount of infantry and light weaponry. This plane was lost after Volkov rammed an enemy attacker flown by Ioshito Shiratsuyu. The further fate of both pkanes and pilots is unknown.
CONTROLS:
1 - parachute
7 - interceptors
VTOL DOWN - deploy floats.
If the plane struggles with water take-offs and landings, add a gyroscope with pitch rande of 15° and 250% stability.
The AT is very valuable for me. It's first prototype was built out of ~70 Lego parts... As was the last, fifth:
I made various attempts with SP and computer graphics (one was even printed in PLA) untill i made this - in shape i was satishfied by.
Other prototypes:
fourth
second, modified
