Made by Ruskovia during a war with Lykanian Supported Shinseians, due to the futuristic planes now in Shinsei, they HAD to make one, so they did :), By the Ruskovian design company Argus, Built as a High Speed Fighter-Attacker (HSFA)
It was also built as RUSKOVIAN STEALTH, the outer layers of the cockpit see through areas were made with Special yellow see-through Plastic that turned radar waves into heat, on the rest of the canopy area has Radar-Absorbent tapes, and the intake has some Radar-Absorbent tapes, and a back part was made with a stealthy shape to deflect radar waves, and the canards have Radar-Deflecting tapes, and the nose is a cone to be slightly more Radar-Deflective
