Couple of things

I planned an AWACS variant of this plane, the Ye-30B, but then I checked the rules and realised that AWACS aircraft could only have 2 engines, so it's not coming.
However, I'm making a new plane for submarine-hunting (shhh) which has 2 engines, so the AWACS plane will be based off that.

Before I build it though, I'm going to post a livery that I've been working on for a while (teaser soon).

On with the relatively short description.

Backstory

When the Ye-30A first entered service, its capability as a STOL heavy transporter capable of landing on any terrain was proven, and was very successful, receiving a total of 256 orders from various Eastern Bloc and Middle Eastern countries.

This caught the attention of Fortis Commander of the Military, Igorsilvag. He saw the potential of the Ye-30 to be able to carry an entire mobile hospital into combat during a future ground invasion. The Fortis military ordered 45 Ye-30s and converted them into "flying hospitals", resulting in the Ye-30C.

Layout

• The front half of the plane contains a medical bay and field hospital, with the necessary equipment and medication required for all sorts of medical operations.
• The rear half contains a cargo bay able to fit a maximum of 4 ambulances. These ambulances will be used to transport injured soldiers from the frontlines to the mobile hospital.

Like the Ye-30A, it doesn't have much use for now, but when a ground invasion happens, the Ye-30 fleet will be invaluable to the Fortis army.
