This is an upgraded, repainted Mad Max version of the standart dune buggy "Little Bugger". The frame is mostly original, but the spikes and weapons are new as well as some minor changes like the backup wheel being in a different position. AG1 for the MG turret, AG2 to aim the missiles, AG3 to shoot the missiles.
