Fokker Z.I
Controls are more detailed in the craft instructions, but here are the basic ones:
Act. 1 - Engine ignition (will take the engine up to 70% rpm)
Brake - Blip switch (will take engine down to 20% rpm)
Throttle - Mixture control (will take the engine from 70% rpm to 100% rpm)
Yaw - ground steering and propwash
The Fokker Z.I (fictional) is a single engine parasol wing fighter aircraft developed in 1917 by the Dutch aircraft company Fokker. It was a prototype of the Fokker D.VIII/E.V with a fabric wing rather than a metal one. Performance was largely the same but it was less maneuverable to avoid additional stress on its wing, which was improved into the metal version for the D.VIII and made a good deal of difference in maneuverability. The Z.I gets its name from the Dutch word for parasol, which is zonnescherm. It was never mass produced as it was quickly outclassed by the D.VIII, but this is what it could have looked like. However, its large wing area and parasol design made it far more docile than most aircraft of its time, and the subsequent Fokker D.VIII was loved by its pilots, with several replicas still airworthy today.
Wat luchtafval neerschieten...
Special thanks to:
Thecatbaron for the engine code, some fancy schmancy tail skid tech and for the other plane I had a lot of fun shooting down!

@ThereIsNoahScape it’s a normal throttle WWI engines just didn’t have a proper throttle so it’s simulating changing fuel supply
How did you do the mixture?
idk why i cant fly it
@MAHADI
Yeah lol
@asteroidbook345 lol, I honestly didn't know about the torque and the autoroll until cat told me. your scores have been edited.
@MAHADI oh also cat and I used similar torque models, we both used the same code with different mass values because of the different engines
@MAHADI thanks though
@MAHADI the cockpit is really not very complex in real life, the references from Dr.1s and F. VIIIs I used only have the bare minimum of instruments. Back then you’d never get high enough to where you couldn’t see the ground so they didn’t even use altimeters
the plane looks nice and flies well but that takeoff took me quite a while to figure out.
also all those parts inside the propeller is a bit waste. you could have made it a bit lighter and still gotten the same points. also you can make the cockpit and guns a bit more well detailed.

.
Nice plane though.
@DESMONTHEWOLFIE nice
@asteroidbook345 thanks.Also I completed Grand Prix with an Apache longbow
@DESMONTHEWOLFIE That's very cursed but cool
I used this to complete every car race in the game execpt for gold prix
@ChiChiWerx Thanks! I'm glad you like it!
This is absolutely gorgeous!
@ForwardUntoDawn heh good
@asteroidbook345 BogdanX would not approve lol
@ForwardUntoDawn It does to me
@asteroidbook345 adding parts just for the sake of it? My point is, you're adding hundreds of parts where it doesn't make that much of a visual difference
@ForwardUntoDawn yeah that’s the point lol
Looks and flies amazing! But honestly, the engine cylinders are incredibly overkill, and add wayy too many parts, when it could be several hundred less. The engine alone is like 400 parts!
@AnthB thanks
