Just like most other EPs (Experimental Plane(s), it does not function as well as it should. In fact, they are used as distractions some of the time. In fact, some people who fly these are civilians who want to commit suicide. The readon why that is, is because flying this plane is basically suicide because of its difficulty to control. The people who commit suicide in these during combat normally kamikaze into enemies. We even write down the names of people on a "suicide" monument in the aerial combat section of the Graveyard of Babyliska. It is a graveyard that memorializes all those who have written their names in Babyliskan history. And with the suicide part you can call me a madman all you want, but it's better to die for your country than to die for yourself. In other words, it's better to die in combat and save others than to die on your own and not chamge anything.
