Project MEW or MiG-29EW (stands for Experimental Works) is an aircraft designed to do crazy manuevers, and modified to be a Test U.A.V, It is a modified MiG-29 that has thrust vectoring unlike MiG-29 and 35, the USSR made this during 1985 to see how much G-force can the MiG-29 withstand as a UAV, however the project failed once the MiG-29EW exploded, Enough with the description.
