Auto Credit Based on Pilotmario's Hummingbird Multirole Mk 4
Press (1-5) to release underwing stores. Press (6) to release wingtip missiles. VTOL UP for airbrakes and spoilers. VTOL DOWN for flaps. An upgrade to the venerable Hummingbird. A newer BFE-150-2B engine was fitted, providing double the engine power of the original BFE-150 engine. The wings have been slightly widened in order to reduce wing loading, while the aircraft itself has been rebalanced in order to allow for greater maneuverability. The landing gear has been widened to improve rough-field performance, and the main gear strengthened in order to handle rougher landings. The aircraft retains the same firepower and loads of the A-3D.

Leave them alone. We have bigger things to worry about. @PINK
Okay......I don't know what to do with them.... @Pilotmario
If they don't want the job, don't send them over. @PINK
They want to not work, we may as well ship em over. @Pilotmario
@PINK Perhaps they can move to the Pilotmario Republic and find employment in Bandit Industrial Group? They make more than just planes.
You name it, they probably made it.
As long as its legal to manufacture, store, and sell to anyone.

@PINK Here is the repair kit.
Not even I have the power to understand how they work, currently civil courts in the NFK are a mess. However, normally criminal courts work out well . . . and as we don't use capital punishment we don't have that liability. As for the law suit-It is his crazy, greedy family. They need a new house and car..... @Pilotmario
Bandit Aircraft Corporation, while sorry for the loss of Tyler Vern, cannot be held liable due to the nature of the accident. Suing for damages caused by a defective product must be due to a "Knowingly producing, marketing, and distributing a product with a fundamental flaw in the basic design which was the sole reason of the damages". As the previous iterations of the Hummingbird had no such issues, a fundamental flaw in the basic design is too easy to rule out. And the only safety tests which have any credence in Pilotmario court is the State Civil Certification Trial, Navy Certification Trial, and the Air Force Certification Trial. The type never entered Civil Certification since fighter jets aren't available to civilians, and passed the Navy and Air Force Trials.
However, if defects in any part of the design do occur and cause loss of life or property, the company is forced to rectify the issue within 30 days for a consumer product or 60 days for "complex machinery" such as vehicles, generators, firearms, and electronics due to the complexity of the fixes necessary. Liability of injury during this time is on the part of the owner. Products whose defects require repair which would be impractical for the consumer to repair themselves, such as a mechanical issue with a major component and accidental contamination by chemical or biological agents, are required to be recalled. For other issues, kits are issued and it is up to the consumer to repair the defect, though some companies will simply recall the product anyways.
Only IF the product's basic design is flawed, and the company knowingly sold the product OR an unanticipated defect was found and the company did not fix the problem and offer means to repair/replace defective product COULD the company be liable in court. As Bandit Aircraft Corporation's Hummingbird's issue was not due to a fundamentally flawed design, the product was sold without the company's knowledge of the defect, and the defect was rectified in future production as well as issuing repair kits to the field to existing units, the company cannot be held liable in Pilotmario Civil or Criminal Court. I have no idea how NFK courts work in regards to quality control and product safety. @PINK
The manufacturer is now being sued for a cool 2 million euros. @Pilotmario
We have fixed the type's controllability issues. A replacement type is coming forth. Thank fate that we didn't issue them yet. @PINK
It was not a roll glitch. It was a balancing issue. It controls fine with the bombs and missiles....without them it is deadly to its pilot. @Pilotmario
Defects of course. Try mirror the plane twice (right then left) and then invert left VTOL flaps. The type should work on mobile now.
I have a copy on my phone for testing purposes as well as fixing things. @PINK
Yes, it controls to the point of.........
To the company that produces the type, and whomever designed it-
The test pilot, Tyler Vern was to transport the first aircraft . . . he is now deceased. The aircraft was unloaded, except for air-to-air missiles. He pulled a hard bank to after taking off, and the aircraft went partially round . . . the flew off in an odd direction before crashing. The air controllers noted that the turn was not at all smooth, and the roll and yaw was equally unstable.
Because of this, and as he was a civilian, his family is now out to sue the company for their loss. A model of the aircraft was also tested in a wind chamber, and it was agian deemed unsafe. @Pilotmario
This? @PINK
It is shit! @Pilotmario
Ok. @Areonautics3
I wonder if a old MAK-121 could rape his Osiris? Although it is not used by the NFK, we know of many countries that use it to a great extent. @Pilotmario
Okay @Pilotmario
Gonna do a Mk. lll.@Pilotmario
Osiris can't do shiet against this. It's faster, more maneuverable and flies farther. It can determine if and when it wants to fight. @Areonautics3
Osiris Mk. ll can still doge missiles and take this down.@Pilotmario
You'd be impressed by its maneuverability once you get rid of the bombs. @PINK
That's a mobile bug. No issues on PC.
THIS is our Osiris. Except this is faster, easier to land, has more bombs, and is more maneuverable. @Areonautics3
Um, bugs? @TheRubyArmy1134
