If the CoM (red) isn't in front of and slight below the CoL (blue) then it won't fly. It also needs to have big enough wing surface area (which it looks like it does)

I’ve added more lift from bigger wings, a vertical stabiliser, the centre of mass is moved forward of the center of lift (always do this or a plane won’t fly). Does naturally want to pitch down quite heavily, I recommend slightly redesigningyour fuselage to fit those needs.
