Douglas X-3 Stiletto

4,959 Squageheimer  9.0 years ago

The Douglas Stiletto was an experimental aircraft designed by the United States Air Force designed to determine suitable design features for sustained supersonic speeds. The aircraft was critically underpowered for this task, and was only able to achieve speeds of Mach 1.2 in a 30 degree dive. This remake, however, can travel up to and over Mach 3 and traverse the gap between islands in under a minute. Enjoy!
