To hover set 38%or 39%power until desired altitude is reached. Then reduce power to 37%. To land after forward flight reduce power and once forward speed has bled to below 200 mph pull up and point the nose 20 to 30 degrees opposite horizontal movement and throttle up to 37 to 43 %. Once lateral motion has stopped point the nose to level on the attitude indicator. Lower throttle to below 37% to decend and land. It takes practice but it works.
