Jeep TJ - Rock Crawler

34.1k AgDynamics  8.7 years ago

My first replica with the new parts! Pitch for Throttle. Roll to steer, of course. Featuring an accurate solid-axle suspension model (flexes like the real thing!) and moderate level of detail.

The solid axle suspension allows for great rock crawling abilities and realistic handling. Very good for exploring the new islands! Be careful, this is a vehicle with a very high center of gravity, and it likes to flip. If you find yourself on your side, don't worry! Use Yaw to activate the special self-righting pistons and flip yourself back onto your wheels. Try not to end up on your roof, though!

This is also a pretty good platform for testing out different wheel sizes, horsepower, and suspension settings.

More versions (as well as a bare chassis) are in the works as well.
