how do you even make the flying wing stable, i have problems with my flying wing

1. my flying wing CoL keep haunting me when i trying to make nother flying wing
2. i don't know how i make the plane stable because its keep ducking forward
3. oh my god, there is only one tutorial on making the flying wing, and it dosen't have an image , its also unclear what the tutorial trying to tell me, so please help me!
