2: no non XML modding; it must be mobile friendly (im an iOS dweeb)
3:if you break rule 1/2 you will be disqualified.
4:you will be graded on these factors(most important to least important)
1-range: if you can’t shoot it any distance at all, you will lose
2-accuracy: it must be on target
3-description: I must know how to use it
4-looks: least important, it will only be used for a tiebreaker
